Our story
For us, it all started with a medical emergency and a book.
We learned that whole foods (minimally processed, close to the source) taste good to the whole family and are easy to cook.
We learned that plant based foods (vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, grains) could help counteract the health issues we were facing in our early 30s.
And finally, we learned that we were on to something exciting ("nutritarian", "whole food, plant-based", "blue zones", "vegan"...??) but couldn't quite work out how it all connected.
It felt like we landed in a pleasant new country, but with no map. No guide. No destination.
But it doesn't have to be this way. If you're reading this, we're going to assume you're plant-curious; maybe just getting started, maybe a seasoned expert. For you, we've condensed our years of experimenting, learning, connecting the dots (and yes, false starts!) into resources, information, and products to support your plant-based journey.
